Weinhaus Henninger offers authentic Palatinate cuisine at the highest level. The tasty basis is created by the original recipes of the legendary vineyard owner Luise Henninger, which we continue to carefully develop with flair and expertise.
The Palatinate’s favourite dishes are complemented by popular kitchen classics from many Henninger decades. Legendary dishes are our Vienna Escalope with warm potato salad or our veal kidney in brandy cream. Master chef Tommy Walter also offers a refined regional and seasonal cuisine with the best products, mostly of regional origin.
