Cookies

We use so-called cookies on our site to recognise multiple use of our services by the same user/internet connection owner. Cookies are small text files that your Internet browser places and stores on your computer. They serve to optimise our Internet presence and our offers. These are mostly so-called "session cookies", which are deleted after the end of your visit.
However, some of these cookies provide information to automatically recognise you. This recognition is based on the IP address stored in the cookies. The information obtained in this way serves to optimize our offers and make it easier for you to access our site.
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of our website.

Server data

For technical reasons, the following data, among others, which your Internet browser transmits to us or to our web space provider, are recorded (so-called server log files):

- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Website from which you visit us (referrer URL)
- Website you visit
- Date and time of your access
- Your Internet Protocol (IP) address.

This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal data you may have provided and thus does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a specific person. They are evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimise our Internet presence and our offers.

Newsletter

On our site, we offer you the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. With this newsletter we inform you in regular intervals about our offers. To receive our newsletter, you need a valid e-mail address. We will check the e-mail address you have entered to ensure that you are actually the owner of the specified e-mail address or that the owner is authorised to receive the newsletter. When you register for our newsletter, we will save your IP address and the date and time of your registration. In the event that a third party misuses your e-mail address and subscribes to our newsletter without your knowledge, this serves as a safeguard on our part. We do not collect any further data. The data collected in this way shall be used exclusively for receiving our newsletter. It is not passed onto third parties. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data possibly collected by other components of our site is also not carried out. You can cancel the subscription to this newsletter at any time. Details can be found in the confirmation e-mail and in each individual newsletter.

Contact options

On our site we offer you the possibility to contact us by e-mail and/or via a contact form. In this case, the information provided by the user will be stored for the purpose of processing the contact. It is not passed onto third parties. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data possibly collected by other components of our site is also not carried out.

Use of Google+ recommendation components

We use the “+1” button by the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”, on our site.
Each time you visit our website, which features such a “+1” component, this component causes the browser you use to download a corresponding representation of the component from Google. Through this process, Google is informed about which specific page of our website is currently being visited.
According to the information provided by Google, a further evaluation of your visit does not take place if you are not logged in to your Google Account.

If you visit our site and are logged on to Google while doing so, Google may collect information about your Google account, the website you recommend, your IP address and other browser-related information when you confirm the "+1" button.

So your "+1" recommendation can be saved and made publicly available. Your Google "+1" recommendation can then be displayed in Google services, such as in search results or in your Google Account, or in other places, such as on websites and ads on the Internet, together with your account name and, if applicable, your Google photo. Furthermore, Google may link your visit to our site with your data stored by Google. Google also records this information in order to further improve the Google services.
Therefore, if you wish to prevent the above-mentioned collection by Google as far as possible, you must log out of your Google Account before visiting our website.

Use of Google-Maps

We use the component “Google Maps” by the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”, on our site.

Each time the “Google Maps” component is called up, Google sets a cookie in order to process user settings and data when displaying the page on which the “Google Maps” component is integrated. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but expires after a certain time, unless you delete it manually beforehand.

If you do not agree with this processing of your data, it is possible to deactivate the “Google Maps” service and thus prevent the transmission of data to Google. To do this you must deactivate the Java-Script function in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use “Google Maps” or only to a limited extent.

The use of “Google Maps” and the information obtained via “Google Maps” is in accordance with the Google Terms of Use
